Blackbox OS (BBOS) - is a new operating system that manages various distributed companies, teams and projects on the blockchain. The project is built on Ethereum. The DVP service protocol does not depend on different socio-economic factors. The Blackbox Foundation project team intends to create a service free from politics. The Blackbox Foundation is created to create a next-generation business infrastructure that will provide ample opportunities for employees in the future. The main goal is to create a new unique ecosystem with a common connection around the idea of creating a "common good".
BBOS tokens are issued on the Ethereum blockchain platform and
BBOS tokens are also designed to be exchanged for exchanges of cryptographic tokens.
Blackbox does not guarantee its followers that the BBOS Token will be able to be exchanged with a larger stock exchange,
but will make commercially reasonable efforts
in the power of Blackbox to allow exchange of BBOS Tokens on as many exchanges as possible.
BBOS tokens will be registered or provided to exchange other cryptographic tokens and / or fiat money, and BBOS tokens
do not dare to provide guarantees given with the capacity (volume) of the potential exchange.
This must be explicitly warned, that the exchange, if any, may be subject to poorly understood regulatory oversight.
Blackbox does not provide any guarantee regarding any exchange service provider. Participants may be exposed to fraud and failure.
In any case, Blackbox will not activate the BBOS Token exchange for other cryptographic tokens or fiat currencies.
Blackbox tokens are not a product of the consumer and the holder accepts explicitly and agrees that they are not protected by consumer protection regulations from each jurisdiction.
Each Participant must be bound to check whether the acquisition and disposal of BBOS Tokens is legal in their jurisdiction, and
by accepting these Conditions, each Participant promises not to use BBOS Tokens if their use is invalid in the relevant jurisdiction.
